WatchDog Support includes Level 1-3 Support (24 x 7 x 365 days), Support web login, Software updates and upgrades, for controller and all AP manageable by the controller, and Advanced Hardware Replacement on the controller. Support on AP licenses and AP license upgrades is only valid if a support contract is present on the controller.
