WLANmall Adds SIAE to Our Arsenal of High-performance Licensed Backhauls

WLANmall is proud to announce that we have added SAIE microwaves to our portfolio of wireless backhaul solutions. SIAE is the 4th largest wireless manufacturer in the world with 1400 employees; 25 offices worldwide and is the primary supplier to two of the 4 largest carriers (Telefonica and Vodafone). SAIEs ALFOplus2 family delivers SIAE is capable of providing up to a 4+0 system, able to yield a total of 2.8GB of throughput, full-duplex. (5.6GB aggregate) and in a 2+0 system, capacity can hit 1.4GB full-duplex.

We really like SIAE because it’s the only manufacturer of licensed backhaul solutions to support 4096QAM in 11GHz radios, which provides the maximum throughput over wireless links. Right now, we have several customers evaluating the ALFOplus2 solution because they have outgrown their 500MB-1GB full-duplex circuits and need to upgrade for additional capacity.
