This antenna is specifically designed for high performance long distance backhaul applications.
Pacific Wireless new 5 GHz parabolic dish antennas are manufactured from a high performance aluminum alloy and powder coat painted for extended service life even in the harshest environments. The parabolic shape is made using a unique one-step molding process which yields excellent consistency and long term stability of the parabolic shape.
The Solid Dish Parabolic is available in 29dBi and 32dBi gain versions. Beamwidth is 6deg (29dBi) and 4deg (32dBi) and Front to Back ratio is better than 25dB (29dBi) and 38dB (32dBi).
The mounting bracket is a super heavy duty solid dish bracket type which provides for leadscrew tilt adjustment and accomodates poles up to 3 inches diameter.
A unique polarization adjustment makes changing from Horizontal to Vertical polarization very easy and can be done on the tower without antenna disassembly. The antenna is easy to aim by removing the dipole feed and pointing thru the dipole feed hole.
A radome cover kit is available as an option sold separately for those applications that demand a covered dish.
